At Nextfly Web Design we really love our clients. We work hard throughout the development of a website to establish good relationships with our clients so that when their website design is complete they are extremely happy.
What’s one of the best parts of working with Nextfly? We give you control of your website! How?
We develop our custom website designs on an open-source content management system; WordPress.
By utilizing an open-source content management system, you have a web design platform that was built using a code that is available for anyone to use, edit, copy and redistribute. Open-source platforms allow developers to collaborate and build tools that multiple companies can use on various websites.
The alternative? A propriety content management system (CMS). This platform is built using code that is privately held by a company and distributed and maintained according to the wishes of the CMS owner. There are many web design companies that have propriety content management systems for their clients. With these propriety content management systems, there is often a monthly fee to use the system as well as a fee for web design updates and support.
We provide website trainings for our clients.
We don’t want to take ownership over your website and charge you an arm and a leg to make updates to your website. We want our clients to be in control!
When we launch your website we provide clients with a two hour training in which we walk through the essentials of how to maintain your website; from adding pages, to uploading and formatting an image, you’ll have all the tools necessary to take the website into your own hands.
We provide month-to-month retainer services.
Instead of locking our clients into yearly contracts, we offer our clients the option to sign up for retainer services that are month-to-month. If you have a busy summer season and will need our help to get you through those months, you can sign up for a June-September contract and then cancel it until the next year. Or if you only need help getting your site off the ground, you can sign up for 3 or 6 months – until your website is up and running and you are getting clients to come back frequently.
